Preventions are closely related to the treatments as changes to lifestyle changes are a must.

Aneurysm is known as the enlargement of a particular artery in your body, more specifically your heart arteries. This enlargement can develop and cause life-threatening situations. Normally for treatments It is recommended that you do and MRI scan to detect an ruptured heart artery and CT scan for a ruptured one. The doctor can then assist with the diagnosis part.

I however highly the following as these tips helped me with my clogged artery:

Prevention for the aneurysm can be done the same way I recommended above for the treatments which involving a plant based diet and the like. The following are the prevention tips you can follow:

Atherosclerosis is when there is a formation of plague in the heart arteries due mainly by cholesterol. This then causes the blockage of the heart arteries which could lead to death. This condition is quite similar to the Aneurysm.

Just like the aneurysm there are no visible symptoms until it gets worse where the artery raptures. This was the condition I contracted due to my eating habits (you can check out my story of how I overcame it). In some cases there are visible symptoms. Here are the symptoms that are possible:

  • Chest pains
  • Anxiety
  • Feeling faint

Treatments and prevention are exactly like those of the Aneurysm (read above)

Atrial Fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation is a different kind of heart health problem. This condition is when the heart has irregular heart beats and rapid heart beats. This can lead to a stroke or heat attack as the two upper chambers off the heart are not working together.
