This herb is particularly good for improving the blood circulation and protecting the heart from damage due to the presence of antioxidants.
Rosemary has always been known for many other curing properties that is why it is also used to improve digestion and also enhance memory and concentration

Fenugreek seeds herb is one of my favorite herbs….. and to not because it is the least known herb out of all the above mentioned herbs but the fact that it is a herb I wish I knew about in 2010 when I had clogged heart arteries.,,pwee
